Updated: Apr 20
Sleep deprivation can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease. Examples include stress, school or work requirements, poor sleeping habits. Other causes my include depression, medical problems such as obstructive sleep apnea, hormone imbalance and more.
Your skin is your largest organ, it breaths, it moves, it needs care. All over. If you don't get enough rest during your nights, it will show in your face. Sagging, dark circles, dull looking, exhausted all the time, not engaging, etc....
Maintain a strict time to go ro bed and wake up to develop a routine, Avoid taking naps during the day because naps make you less sleepy at night, Avoid alcohol and caffeine within 8 hours of bedtime. Fallow bed time routine, like brush teeth, wash face, toner, moisturize, lights out.
We here at Dermal Dynamics can help with all the other stuff, like your Microdermabrasion, Permanent Make-Up, Microblading, Eyelash Extensions, and Cryo Skin. But you need to take care of you.
